At Asever, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our culinary products, allowing returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, perishable goods can only be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or defective.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging; please note that perishable food items are only eligible for return if damaged during transit.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
